Created in China during the late Qing Dynasty, this wooden bedside cabinet captures the attention with its small proportions and rustic appearance. The cabinet features a rectangular top with recessed panel in its center, sitting above two petite doors fitted with brass hardware showcasing ornate pulls. These doors open to reveal a small interior with inner shelf offering convenient storage. The façade’s lower section presents recessed panels and a carved apron. The sides are visually divided into two sections each with low stretcher while the back is sans décor. Raised on four straight legs, the cabinet boasts a nicely rustic character.However, this is an antique piece, and as such it will keep its character and some imperfections, which is the quintessence of antique and vintage furniture.
