Cage Cabinet

The upper section has four swing doors; the middle doors open away from the center and the outer doors open towards the center. In the lower section, four screen doors slide horizontally. The doors are paneled and adorned with beautifully pierced fretwork in traditional geometric patterns. The lower section has three drawers with brass pulls. The pulls on the drawers and upper doors are guard-shaped, which in Chinese culture symbolizes fortune and prosperity.
